Day 3 - SEWARD HOMESTEAD/WILLARD CHAPEL/ “AIN’T MISBEHAVIN”  
The Seward Homestead was owned by William H. Seward, who negotiated the purchase of Alaska from Russia in 1867. He was twice Secretary of State, a United State senator and a New York Governor. His Victorian home and his life will prove very interesting! Next visit Willard Chapel, the only Tiffany Chapel to exist.  Louis Comfort Tiffany’s works within include 14 opalescent windows, a stained glass memorial window and several magnificent glass chandeliers. Dinner at Springside Inn. Tonight the great musical “Ain’t Misbehavin” at the Merry Go Round Theater. Return to our hotel.    Meals: B, D

Day 4 - MORNING SIGHTSEEING/HOME                                           
Enjoy breakfast before we depart for Muranda cheese with sampling and a presentation of their history. A stop at the Women’s Rights National Park, a mecca for the Women’s Rights movement. It was here that a bunch of local women got together and had the audacity to declare themselves equal to men. It’s a good look at the history of the Women’s Right Movement. Independent lunch at Sauders on your own.  Departure for home after lunch with arrival in the late afternoon.   Meals: B

Conditions: A deposit of $100 is due with each reservation. Final payment is due August 3, 2022. After this date there are no refunds.

Day 2  -  LOCAL SIGHTSEEING                                                  
Our local guide will join us for some local sightseeing in Geneva before we continue to a very special place. Whether strolling its flower filled gardens or touring the magnificent mansion, Sonnenberg Gardens and Mansion State Historic Park is a very special place. Sonnenberg is a gift to the community from Frederick Ferris and Mary Clark Thompson, a couple of the Gilded Age who created Sonnenberg as their Victorian summer home. It is one of the few Country Place Era Estates remaining in the United States. It is distinctive for its extraordinary collections of period architecture, garden statuary, a Japanese Garden and Teahouse and a Lord and Burnham Greenhouse complex. Independent lunch at the Market Café at Wegman’s Grocery. We’ll continue to the Arbor Hill Winery where the owner presents the history of the area grape industry with a tasting of local wine and cheeses. A stop in the town of Canandaigua at a candy shop where the owner boards our motorcoach and talks about chocolate and the process of making the chocolate. Samples are available. Dinner tonight at the New York Kitchen where the chef will offer demonstrations.    Meals: B,D

Our morning departures take us north to Geneva, stopping enroute for lunch. Check-in at our hotel before dinner at the hotel overlooking beautiful Lake Geneva, one of the eleven Finger Lakes.   Meals:L,D
