Days 6 & 7 - ANCHORAGE
This morning board the luxurious domed rail cars of the McKinley Explorer bound for Anchorage, a city where you can see the northern lights on a clear night. Next day enjoy exploring on your own.

Day 12 - JUNEAU

It’s the capitol city of Alaska and can be reached only by airplane or boat! Visit the Alaska State Museum, take a tramride up Mt. Roberts and don’t miss the Mendenhall Glacier Visitor Center.   ALL MEALS

Day 14 - SCENIC CRUISING THE INSIDE PASSAGE    
Serene, silent and beautiful are the words to describe your inside passage cruising.  ALL MEALS         

Day 15 - VANCOUVER/PHL AIRPORT/HOME 
We disembark our beautiful ship this morning and return to Vancouver airport for our non-stop flight to Philadelphia where transportation will be waiting to return you Wilmington, Newark or Independence.  Meals:B

Day 9 - AT SEA      
A leisurely day cruising the Gulf of Alaska, where two oceans meet! Great for photographs! Explore the ship, the Spa, try your luck at the Casino, or relax a while. Tonight, enjoy your choice of entertainment: B.B. King’s Blues Club, Lincoln Center Stage with outstanding chamber music performances or The Mainstage with a variety of performances.    ALL MEALS

ALASKA, beyond your expectations! It’s a breath of fresh air with snow-topped mountains, incredible Dawson City high above the Arctic Circle, the silent Inside Passage, great Glacier Bay fjord with ice-blue glaciers sparkling in the sun and sleepy seals sunning on chunks of ice, and Denali National Park. Explore friendly, frontier ports including Juneau, the Mendenhall Glacier and the Alaska State Museum; delightful Skagway boasting restored buildings, wooden boardwalks and the Red Onion Saloon; Ketchikan, home of the Totem Heritage Center. It is all very beautiful and exciting!

Day 8 - SEWARD/BOARD YOUR CRUISE SHIP, THE ms NOORDAM

Day 11 - HAINES (SKAGWAY)
Dock in Haines for an uncrowded experience where nature has provided lots of wildlife, magnificent mountains and opportunities to experience it. Or go to Skagway, a delightful small town, with boardwalks, shops, dog sledding and excursions.   ALL MEALS

Day 1 - INDEPENDENCE/NEWARK/ WILMINGTON/PHL AIRPORT/VANCOUVER
Morning departure for Philadelphia Airport to board your flight to Vancouver, a bustling seaport. Overnight in Vancouver.

Days 2 & 3 - VANCOUVER/DAWSON CITY
Fly to Dawson City on Yukon’s own Air North, meet your Journey Host and learn about your upcoming adventure. Two nights in Dawson City.

Day 10 - GLACIER BAY CRUISING
Cruise the ice-studded fjords of this national treasure for a full eight hours as a Park Service Ranger narrates for you. Seals lounging on ice rafts, humpback whales, glacier ice crashing into the bay, and rugged mountains are just a small part of this beautiful bay and the millions of acres once covered in ice that formed it.  ALL MEALS

Day 13 - KETCHIKAN
Another great day as you explore this uniquely Alaskan port, famous for its rich native culture, totem poles, salmon fishing and scenic Misty Fjords.   ALL MEALS

Days 4 & 5 - DAWSON CITY/FAIRBANKS/DENALI NATIONAL PARK
Today a short flight to Fairbanks. Pan for gold at the historic Gold Dredge 8, then head out to Denali National Park for a two-night stay at the McKINLEY CHALET RESORT. Next day features the unforgettable Tundra Wilderness Tour, a 6 - 8 hour fully narrated sightseeing excursion in the Park through forest and alpine tundra! You may see moose, Dall sheep and bears, depending on weather, along with North America’s highest peak at 20,311 feet. Return to your lodge for a relaxing evening. You will have had an opportunity to select your activity for today such as river rafting, flight seeing or visiting the home of an Iditarod dog musher.
