Day 7 - VICTORIA/SEATTLE  
Transfer to the pier for our jet boat ride back to Seattle arriving mid-afternoon. Visit the exciting Seattle Aquarium where you see otters, sea lions, the colorful fish of the Pacific Ocean, a salmon run, octopuses of all sorts, and sea creatures you may never have seen before. Check-in at our hotel followed by our farewell dinner.   Meals:B,D

Day 3 - TACOMA/SEATTLE,WA                 
We drive north from Portland into the state of Washington and the city of Tacoma, located on Puget Sound. Glass sculptor extraordinaire Dale Chihuly is a Tacoma native and his glass creations are exhibited throughout the world. Walk across his 500 ft. bridge of glass featuring his artwork, including the Seaform Pavilion - a glass ceiling displaying his glittering glass creations.  The Venetian Wall features pieces by Chihuly with twisting spirals, glass sea creatures, and flowers decorating vases. An independent lunch before our visit to the Lemay Car Museum.   Meals:B,D

Day 4 - SEATTLE   
A guide will join us to see beautiful Seattle, once a lumbering center and now an exciting metropolitan area. Visit Pike Place Market, famous for its food and produce vendors, craft booths and fish throwing mongers. Ride the Monorail to the famous Space Needle and take the elevator to the observation deck for glorious views of the city and the waters surrounding it. A special treat - visit the new Chihuly Gardens and Glass Center to see the magnificent Chihuly glass creations!  Meals:B

Day 5 - SEATTLE/EVERETT/VICTORIA    
An exciting day as we drive to Everett, WA to the Future of Flight Aviation Boeing Center. Watch the world’s largest jets assembled. Begin in the Boeing Theater by viewing an amazing film about how the Boeing aircraft assembly has changed the world. On the tour watch Boeing 747’s, 777’s and 787’s being built for customers around the world. Later board the Victoria Clipper for a smooth and scenic catamaran ride through Puget Sound and the Strait of Juan de Fuca to the lovely city of Victoria, Canada. Transfer to our hotel overlooking Victoria Harbor with dinner included at Chateau Victoria’s top floor restaurant Vista 18.   Meals:B,D

Day 6 - BUTCHART GARDENS EXCURSION/WHALE WATCHING         
Not far from Victoria are the magnificent Butchart Gardens, once a limestone quarry and now one of the most famous and beautiful gardens in the world. Each year one million bedding plants are used to ensure uninterrupted blooms from March through October. Explore the gardens and enjoy lunch before our afternoon whale watching cruise with a marine life naturalist providing commentary about these awesome mammals.   Meals:B,L

Day 2 - MT. HOOD/ COLUMBIA RIVER GORGE     
Travel to the south side of Mt. Hood, high above the timberline to Timberline Lodge, a National Historic Landmark, with marvelous views of the Cascade Mountains. Lunch at the lodge following a lodge tour and then wind through Oregon’s famed wine country, with a stop at Mount Hood Winery. The drive back to Portland features the awesome beauty of the Columbia River Gorge and a stop at Multnomah Falls.   Meals:B,L
